Jeremiah W. Balser Jerry has over 33 years in non-profit fundraising experience. He served as president of YMCAs in several cities across the county. He also served as vice president of The Stardust Foundation, giving him the unique perspective of both grant maker and grant seeker. He has provided successful fundraising and organizational development counsel to a variety of nonprofits in the greater Phoenix area. Jerry is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, earned a Masters at Springfield College and did post graduate work at Harvard and Yale.
